Who am I?
A 20 something who loves plants, antiques, and her dogs. I grew up in a rural area on the NC/VA border north of Raleigh, NC. I was married a few years ago to my best friend, Jacob. We settled close to our families after we both graduated from Western Carolina and in our free time we enjoy gaming and exploring together.
How did I start my photography journey?
My parents bought me my first camera when I was in elementary school. It was just a simple point and shoot but I loved it instantly. For my college graduation my parents again gifted me my first DSLR. I took it with me everywhere and fell in love with photographing nature. I loved going to the local gardens to capture flowers or to the lake to get a great landscape. Since then I haven't put my camera down.
What is my style?
I would describe my style as moody and true to color. I love images that you can practically feel the emotion jump through the screen.
